On May 9,TACS Achievements exhibition sponsored by Qingdao Metro Group was held in Qingdao.More than 50 urban rail transit enterprises,big rail transit designing institute and more than 10 famous industry experts attended the meeting,and had different operational scenarios of TACS experiment by train.

    It was stated,TACS made the autonomous navigation of train realized.standing in front of international rail transit technological frontier  and leading the development of industry technology.t mad Chinese rail transit control technology to be the leading class in the world. Crossing a span from  ”automatic run” to “autonomous run” .At present,CBTC system is widely be used in domestic and international unpiloted subway lines.It made auto navigating realized.

    However TACS system adopts “Train-Train”structure.information exchanging is through wireless communication among the trains,so as to “get” the  position ,speed and line status of the forward train.Just as (as if)the train has its own “brain” and"clairvoyance",making active approaching,self protection,self adjustment and fully automatic piloting realized,while weaken central dependence ,judging the information on the road,and “running”  safely,intelligently,and quickly.

     

    The formal application of TACS,will make the technical span from traditional “ automatic run” to “autonomous run”realized.It provide a demonstration and model unit for urban rail transit system ‘s plan,design,construction and operation in China.

    It is said,this TACS train had an experimental test between Qingdao subway line1 from Wangjiagang to Jinggangshan 3 stations,total 4 kilo all the way.Reporter had a round trip between the 3 sections,total spent 15 minutes by unpiloted and steady driving,accurate parking.

    Various innovation of advantages,enables urban rail transit .

    During the exhibition,Relevant responsible person of Qingdao metro group introduced,TACS system has characters of more safety,more reliable,and more intelligent,bring much advantages to urban rail transit transportation operation.Firstly,It can obviously reduce the influence of  equipment breakdown to the train operation,greatly improve the operation safety;Secondly,it shorten the track and return interval of the train,which can solve the problem of adding trains in large passenger flow line.

    In addition,this system offers a more stronger flexibility for subway train operation.It can effectively respond to station fire,rail side fault and other emergency scenarios.It is said,”train -train communication simplified some equipment,which has more advantages in interconnection,old line modification,and extending line construction.

    TACS ‘s advantage is simple structure,intelligent reliance,economical operation and maintenance, safer operation.Take subway network for an example,TACS has incomparable advantage in subway train interconnection realization.

  • Subway interconnection can make different train switching to the adjacent line at the interchange station,and directly arrive at the destination.It is an important developing direction for urban rail transit.At present,It adopts different technical standard for subway signal system . and the lines are all single line operation and independent of each other.Interconnection has always been a difficult problem.In TACS, The dilemma no longer exists .The signal system between different subway lines adopts different technical standards.According to information,It only took 46 days for total interconnection test in experimental line
